How we work
Send the date, venue and an approximate headcount — we assess the requirements and come back with a quote.
We propose a specific technical solution with a price. We can visit the venue if needed.
We rig in advance and check slides, microphones and changeovers with the speakers.
A technician works in the room; afterwards we de-rig and hand over recordings.

FAQ
It depends on the number of delegates, the room, the number of languages and the duration. A one-day seminar with interpretation equipment and a two-day congress with streaming are entirely different solutions, so we price each enquiry individually.
One to two weeks is enough for standard events. September–November and March–May fill up faster, so for large congresses we recommend getting in touch 1–2 months ahead.
Yes. Most of our work is in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, but we cover events nationwide. Transport is included in the quote.
